I Used this company after calling 6 other plumbing companies to help with an emergency overflowing toilet issue. This happened late at night. One of the techs told me to turn off my main water valve to stop it until morning. Woke up to an overflowed toilet again and flooding in my bathroom. The tech came and turned on the main valve and unclogged my toilet. A few hours later, after coming to help me clean up the aftermath, my dad noticed the main water valve leaking. This was NOT checked before the tech had left, even tho he did touch/tamper with it. Had he checked his work, my dad and I probably wouldn’t have had to spend the next 3 hours trying to contain the leak, which was spewing at a rate of a low running faucet, and more flooding to my kitchen. After going back and forth with the guys about how it wasn’t their fault the valve broke, they finally sent someone out, over an hour later than they were supposed to arrive. This tech took my utility closet door off and DIDNT PUT IT BACK ON. I was waived a fee for them to come back out to my residence but was still charged an arm and a leg. Had the first tech checked the valve he turned back on in the first place, I wouldn’t have had the other tech need to come back and not put my utility closet doors back on. THANKS ALOT. Our kichen sink was backed up. Of course we tried the usual home remedies to.no avail. We placed a call to Irock Plumbing and they had someone come out the same day. Melvin provided us with a quote and any eligible discounts, fully explained what was needed then completed the job without delay. Extremely knowledgeable, nice young man. He ran tests upon completion, cleaned up any mess , provided paperwork and photos of the job before packing up, leaving everything nice. Wonderful man to do business with. Thank you Melvin!

I called after hours for a plumbing emergency with my kitchen and within 3 hours of my call they had someone at my house. Melvin was kind, professional and talked me through every step he was doing. He was the best! Thank you for everything, we truly appreciate you!

Was in a bad situation this morning, waking to no hot water. Went to investigate to find a dead hot water heater. Made a few calls and Irock Plumbing was able to commit to come out on a weekend to replace. They arrived at time promised, assessed situation and got to work. Of course, not everything went to plan but the job was completed. Melvin talked me through what had to be done and did it. I now have hot water in the works and am glad I will be able to take a hot shower here shortly. Thank you Melvin for coming out late on a Saturday and getting this replaced, you gave 5 star service.

We have used Irock several times with the many things that can go wrong while being a homeowner. Everyone from the phones, to the repair workers, to the owners have been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. They always offer a clear and concise explanation of the work being completed and we cannot ask for more! Thank you to everyone on the IRock team!!!!

Irock had my drain issue fixed in less than 24 hours after I called. My technician Dave B. Was on time, professional, and took the time to explain what he needed to do. He was up front about pricing. I will use Irock again for sure, and recommend them to others. Many thanks Dave and IRock!

Started off shaky as they showed up and asked me to sign off on charges they had not disclosed. I needed a sump pump replacement on a Sunday. They charged a fortune. So if you can hold off until business hours, you’ll likely not have to pay a fortune. I kept this 5 stars because my technician Rico (Melvin) was outstanding and did a great job. Just didn’t like some of the other aspects. Positives: - showed up same day on a Sunday and did a great job - technician was awesome and did a quick and thorough job (deserves a promotion) Negatives: - far too expensive for a sump pump replacement - felt like they took advantage of the urgency a bit - they make you sign an acknowledgement of the charges before they even assess the full scope of the job Overall - RICO deserves five stars, but consider the timing and urgency of your needs.
